MUSIC STUDIO / TRAVELLING STAGE

Designed from the outset as a space for discussion and a travelling tool for access to culture, the Bus For Peace enables one-off or in-residence initiatives to be undertaken so that music can make a powerful contribution to strengthening peace individually and collectively.

Mobile music studio, the Bus For Peace is powered by a «Victron» electrical system with an energy autonomy of two hours which allows producing in concert everywhere and can accommodate up to 16 people for the organization of indoor activities.

Itinerant musical scene, it politicizes good ideas by going to meet other associations and allows the implementation of events such as the Balcony Tour.

Since its creation, the Bus for Peace has met thousands of people in France and abroad.

« We beat for Agadir » Artistic residency, in collaboration with the French Institute

Meeting Moroccan students to share values of peace. Concerts, workshops, conferences and masterclasses in Taroudant and Agadir, at the Etoile du Souss Jazz Club and at Universiapolis, International University of Agadir.

« We beat for Massy » Artistic residency

Strengthening the dialogue between neighborhoods : an artistic residency as part of the town of Massy development project, designed by the Bus for Peace which ended with a concert at the Opéra de Massy.

« ZYK and Foot » at Sevran (93) in partnership with Micro-folie

Organized by the inhabitants, «ZYK et Foot» offers a football tournament between young people from different neighbourhoods, animated by local artists. The Bus for Peace offered a Blackfoxy concert to celebrate the end of the tournament. Local political and associative actors took part in an interview on the theme of Peace.

«Saumon» festival at Pont-Scorff (Lorient)

A guest of the 25th edition of the festival, blackfoxy spread its message of peace to 15,000 people during a big concert.

Inauguration Villeneuve-la-Garenne

The bus launch at Qwartz shopping center on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique. About thirty artists mobilized, dozens of children were able to learn about the drums on display in front of the bus.

The bus projects

The first project, the transformation of a coach into a Bus For Peace

In collaboration with the students of the Charles Petiet highschool – Automotive, logistics and professional trade high school in Villeneuve-la-Garenne, an initial project enabled the phase of removing the seats and the interior headliner to be carried out.

Thanks to the support of Vinci Immobilier, the autocar was transferred to Lyon to a company specializing in the interior rehabilitation of tour buses. It was completely renovated and transformed into a music studio.

Our historical partners, La Baguetterie, Woodbrass, EMD MUSIC have generously equipped Le Bus pour La Paix with a complete sound system as well as musical equipment.
